• I am a licensed cosmetologist!☺️

• FRONTAL AND CLOSURE MUST BE HD OR TRANSPARENT(no beauty supply lace)

• Every full service comes with a shampoo.

• New clients must pay remaining balance in cash.Exact change please ☺️

• Please text before you book "the ReginaSlay Experience" to make sure i have hair on hand! 901-519- 3179 

• There is a late fee of $15 after 5 mins and automatically cancellation at 10 mins late.

• Any color services on wigs or bundles need to be in to me 48 hours prior to you appointment(i am not at the shop on sunday - tuesday)

• I will not correct or go over another stylist work, or install lace that was customized by someone else.

• I do not provide services for kids under the age of 12. 

• Appointments can only be rescheduled or canceled 24 hours prior to your appointment, if canceled less than 24 hours it will result in charging your card for the full service. 

• There are no refunds on deposits if you cancel or you are  at fault of your appointment being canceled.

• NEW CLIENTS MUST PAY A $10 new client fee that does NOT go towards your services.
